1. Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t work, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll send a replacement or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Here’s how:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp at 98990 55588 or at info@blackcat.in, with your order number.
- Send a short unboxing video, recorded from opening the sealed package, plus photos of the problem. This lets us approve your request quickly.
- We’ll reply within 2 working days with the next step. Please don’t ship anything back until we confirm.
We cover return shipping for these cases.
2. Changed your mind
You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories. Please request approval first. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll refund the order value.
3. What we can’t accept back
Products that have been installed or used, or that show scratches, burn marks or other damage, or are missing packaging or parts, can’t be returned for a change of mind. Damage caused by incorrect installation or by faults in the vehicle’s electrical system isn’t covered by returns, though your warranty may still apply.
4. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before it ships. Write to us with your order number, and we’ll refund the full amount. After dispatch, the return process above applies.
5. Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 8–12 working days for the money to show in your bank or card statement.
6. Warranty
All Blackcat LED bulbs come with a 2-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Write to us with your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
